United States Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for H&S Autoshot Repairs and Warranties

Given the grand opening of the new H&S Autoshot Distribution Center in Mooresville, NC, there is a new phone number and return address for all U.S. repairs and warranty work. Please call 980-500-1015 to speak with customer service and troubleshoot your gun over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved, the customer service person will issue an RGA number for the return of the product.

Please be sure the RGA number is on the outside of the box and inside the box is your name, email, phone number, return shipping address and a description of the problem you are experiencing. Once we receive your product, we will be in touch with you within 3 business days to acknowledge receipt and to tell you if it is in or out of warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: As of August 22, returns to Gurnee, IL will not be accepted.

Non-Warranty Repairs: You will be contacted to confirm the repair is non-warranty and provided a quote to repair your product. We will request a credit card number or purchase order to process the repair in 3-5 business days. We will make 3 attempts to contact you (email and/or phone) over the course of 10 days. If we do not hear back – we will either return your item freight collect or dispose of the item after 30-days

Warranty Repairs

We will repair and return it to you within 5 business days.

H&S Autoshot Manufacturing Co. Ltd.
Upon the following terms and conditions, H&S Autoshot Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (the Manufacturer) warrants to the owner, for the period of 5 years for #9000 Deluxe, 2 years for #5500 Stinger Plus, #5050 Stinger, #4500 Starter Kit, and #4550 Starter Kit Plus after the date of delivery of the Uni-Spotter to the owner (the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period), that this Uni-Spotter on leaving the factory, was free of defects in workmanship and material.

During the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period, the Manufacturer has arranged that a Uni-Spotter service centre, which may be your Retailer, if he has been appointed as such, will within a reasonable time:

  • repair this Uni-Spotter, or
  • install a replacement part of this Uni-Spotter, found to be defective in workmanship or material.

Conditions and Limitations

The Manufacturer does not obligate itself under this warranty to:

  • replace the complete Uni-Spotter, or
  • pay any transportation, freight, or handling charges incurred in connection with performing this warranty.

It is a condition of the Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty that this Uni-Spotter shall be:

  • operated in accordance with the operating instructions, or
  • used only for its designed purpose, and
  • put to normal use only.

The warranty shall become void if this Uni-Spotter is:

  • used improperly or tampered with, or
  • if its factory applied serial number is removed or changed.

This warranty shall not apply to any part which has been damaged by:

  • accident
  • alteration
  • abuse
  • neglect
  • misuse
  • transit
  • flood
  • fire
  • act of God
  • lightning
  • service to the Uni-Spotter by anyone other than a Uni-Spotter service centre, or
  • failure to operate the Uni-Spotter according to the operating instructions
The Manufacturer shall not be liable or responsible for personal injuries or damage to real or personal property, caused directly or indirectly by this Uni-Spotter.

Subject to the provisions of the section below Consumer Rights, this is the only warranty covering this Uni-Spotter given by the Manufacturer and no other warranty or condition, statutory or otherwise, is given or extended by the Manufacturer. This warranty is in addition to any other warranty, and not a modification or subtraction from the statutory warranties and other rights and remedies, of persons other than the Manufacturer, which may apply to this Uni-Spotter.

To the extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer disclaims liability for consequential damages.

Any repair done under this warranty is warranted by the Manufacturer, only to the expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period.

Any replacement part provided under this warranty is warranted by the Manufacturer, only to the expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period.

Any of the terms and conditions of this warranty, wherever the name Uni-Spotter is mentioned are also applied to the Stinger, Stinger Plus and Starter Kit.

Consumer Rights

To the extent that the provisions of any applicable legislation expressly replace, eliminate, amend, or extended any term or terms contained in this warranty, such terms shall be accordingly replaced, eliminated, amended or extended, as the case may be, in accordance with such legislation.

NOTE: Effective Wednesday, January 27, 2016, all U.S. customers requiring warranty and non-warranty repairs should contact Nu-Tec Systems for a Return Good Authorization Number (see address information above). When returning items, clearly indicate the RGA number on the shipping label.
